Okay, I went to view the complex after seeing it on Craigslist. First off, $800-$1,000 a month' It's in a ghetto area full of gangs! Secondly, the maintenance. Having done maintenance work before I was able to spot a l ot of shotty work. Notice units on the top floor, their exterior landing you can see liquid nails (caulking) dripping because the "stone" fascade is actually linoleum. Molding inside is too large for the size of rooms, just a lot of shotty work. Although I give them kudos for trying, no matter how nice you try to make it, it doesn't change the location! If you can afford this much in rent you can get out of that area or here's another suggestion, rent a house! I wound up renting a large 3 bedroom home in a good area for $300 a month less than what they are asking for at this complex.

Good for you. I hope that Abdul sees these reviews and he grows the hell up, and realizes that these people here are low-income and this is the best you a** is gonna get so be happy Bi**.
