Worst Apartment Living Experience

Clueless maintenance staff; highly inept, unsympathetic, and unprofessional management and office personnel; poorly constructed units; no emergency maintenance over a weekend unless -- as management says with a smile -- "fire, flood, or blood." Isn't that bright and cheery :)
Finally, if you choose to live here, against better advice, photocopy your checks since you may be hit with duplicate charges for monthly payments.
Of all the apartments in which I've lived, this was the worst experience. I strongly advise not renting at Le Provence.
