No help for noise

After a month of sleepless nights caused by noisy neighbors up till 2 and 3 am and management stating there is "no noise" based on their security detail, I'm forced to let other people know to be careful when you read in your rental agreement that there is a "Quiet Noise Ordinance" of l0pm to 8am. It's not worth the paper it is written on.
