What a scam.

I moved into the Le Provence Apartments and was told that after my 6 month lease was up, my rent would not go up beyond 5%. I am now told that my rent will be going up a couple of hundred dollars. This is such a scam! They get you here, and then rape you for more money. That is above 30% rent hike. No wonder there are moving trucks out here every weekend. DO NOT RENT HERE! The apartments are over 10 years old and they act as if they are new. Believe me - I moved in and trust me, not everything worked. Good thing I kept my boxes so I can move on.
