I lived in Mariners Park in both a townhouse and 2 bedroom apartment. While I lived in the townhouse we had no problems. Parking was an issue for the 3rd roommate and one car was broken into outside the gate. Once I moved into the 2 bedroom apt everything went downhill. Apt managers came and went. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of people to get things fixed. If you had something broken you needed to wait until Friday unless the maintenance guy came earlier than you'd have to wait until the next friday. It was pretty noisy with car traffic along Fir Avenue. We also had an issue with rats in the walls which was not remedied when we left. The pool was nice and rarely used so that was a plus. Unless you were living in a townhouse, I would not recommend this complex.
