The staff is rude, the maintenance is decent. What pissed me off the most about this place is that there has been a guy sexually assaulted women on the grounds of the complex for a number of months and there was no notification to the residents. Unbelievable, I had to find out from a flier that was distributed by some guy. The staff took all the fliers down immediately. The lighting is dark and now I do not feel safe there at all with all the bushes and trees throughout the complex.

I've been living here for a year and a half now and I just found out about the guy sexually assaulting women a few months ago by my neighbor who saw the flier. I didn't get to see it because the management took it down. You would think they would at least notify the residents, so that they could be aware and at least maybe know what to do. I strongly agree the management is rude and unprofessional. If I would of known of this website before I moved in I would have not moved in at all.
