bad apt. complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   First, the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Second, it is very unsafe(cars are stolen or broken into, at night its very dark, and there has been a guy sexually assaulting women for 2 years and they yet not to notify the residents. I found out from a flier that was posted by someone other then the management. Three, the buildings are old and they won't invest in remodeling it for the good. The balconies are falling apart, if you walk on it you might fall through. The windows are very thin, when someone in another apartment slams their door all your windows will shake or even when someone outside closes their car door and you can hear everything from outside. Also, the walls are thin; you can hear your neighbor talking. And finally, again the management sucks! Oh, yeah can t forget this one, during summer the air conditioning does not work well. It will never cool your apartment. I m not the only one who has experienced this.
