Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT move into Northcreek Apt's nor ANY complex owned by MANCO ABBOT!!! They will rape you for your entired deposit. I just moved out, only lived there for 6-months and I pretty much used it as a storage apartment. I never lived there and they are telling me they it cost $333.00 to pain and clean the entire apt. I am soooo pissed, I apt. was in the exact same shape when i moved out as it was 6-months ago when I moved it. I am fighting them right now to get my SECURITY DEPOSIT back, probably going to court over this one. Things broke, never got fixed. Parking sucks. I am very pissed...DON'T DO IT unless you don't care about getting rapped for your whole deposit!!!!
