I have been living in North Creek since June 2006. I am very happy and I feel very safe when I walk through the community even if it's at night time. Prices are very competitive and the maintenance of the common areas is very good. I feel very comfortable going to the swimming pool and even having friends over.

Obviously you have not a clue! Do you know 4 units have been broken into, trashed, anything of value taken and not just at night. All just in the last month. There is NO security as they claim and the gate has been broken for more then 3 years now. Not worth it, i would pay a little more and move someplace safer. Also, do not expect to get any of your deposit back, they take it all.
