I only stayed here so my son could attend Clovis West. Graduation week I was moving into my house.
The management in the office as well as Manco are a joke. Try to get repairs. Try to get your deposit back even if you hire someone to clean and have lived in the same unit for more than 2 years they will charge for normal wear and tear. They say it has to be the same condition as when you moved in but they loose paperwork so they assume it was in brand new condition. If they can not find any damage they will charge for light cleaning at minimum, paint, carpet cleaning, dust (and labor don't forget). Oh yeah best of all they will charge you for cleaning the outside of windows even on the 2nd floor. They do not have a ladder tall enought to clean out the plants growing in the gutters causing the roof to leak but they expect you to somehow get the outside of the second floor clean.
They have one gate but do not close for security because it is broken. Has been for over 3 years but no problem raising rent every year. Security, yeah whatever. In the past month at least 4 units that I know of have been broken into and tenants robbed. Last winter several dozen cars were broken into and damaged in one weekend. Pool furniture is usually thrown into the pool or pools when the part lasts until 3 or 4 in the morning.
If you own nothing of value and you enjoy living in a total party atmosphere with no respect, stay at Northcreek. Some tenents have even been allowed to grow pot plants and play with guns while throwing a party all hours of the night.
