I have lived here since they open the second half. If you have a commercial vehicle for work, forget parking it in the complex, even though your vehicle is small they will not let you park it there, and if you park it in the street it will be vandalized guaranteed.
Parking is not ample, you have only one parking spot, not a good apartment if you have more than one car. You will end up parking near the office and in the morning if you do not get your car out before 8 am you will be cited, regardless of the parking situation. There is hardly any off street parking due to the location of the apartments, the off street-parking that is available to you is a scary place to park, a cul-de-sac near an empty field. If you have only one car this is a good place to live. I have seen a few ghetto people move in but the management seems to get them out quickly. I wish they never let them in the first place.

I agree with the parking, this is by far the worst place to live with parking. And the office staff are like little Hitler's when it comes to the parking situations, and many other details regarding the property
