Love It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place is so awesome! The units are so well insulated that we practically never hear our neighbors and, even better, we don't seem to bother them (we have 2 young children.) Plus, our energy bills are EXCELLENT! - 50% savings due to the great insulation and efficiency. The only complaint is that the workmanship of the units is very bad so we have frequent repairs but the handyman is prompt and takes care of things in a reasonable amount of time.
