I am a current resident of Phoenox Townhomes. My wife and I have lived here for about six months now and CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!! The complex and townhomes are beautiful and well maintained. However, in my opinion that does not compensate enough for the terrible service and attitude of the complex manager/owner. She has NO appreceation for good tenants!!!! My wife and I pay our rent on time every month, are not loud or disruptive, we are very clean and take very good care of our appartment, but that is not good enough. The manager/owner makes up all her own rules about whatever she wants and when you complain she tells you "If you don't like it then maybe you should live somewhere else." Thats the attitude the manager/owner had with me and she will treat you with the same disrespect and unprofessionalism. The manager/owner drives around the complex on her little golf cart and look's for reasons to harass people. My wife and I have even been accused of doing thing's when we were both at work and the management staff didn't even have the courtesy to appoligize. If I had the time and energy I could go on and on, telling you reasons why you shoulden't live here, but please don't take my word for it. Please continue reading all the other complaints from other past and current residents befor you make your decision. Respectfully submitted, a very REGRETFUL TENANT

Hi. We also live here not for about 7 months. The Manager/owner is very rude and doesnt care about anyone here but herself. We had a complant about someone who lived here about the loud music and she said that we should just live somewhere else. We have never cause a problem but yet she doesnt deal with the problem there are here. Very rude! dont live here!
