I have to say when I read these reviews I am appapalled!!! The owner and the office staff go above and beyond to make sure that this place remains beautiful. If it was not for management being so picky this place probably would not be so beatiful. The entire time that I have lived here I have never seen trash laying on the ground like I have seen at other complexes. There is no going wrong when you choose this place you can't beat the price and my neighbors will agree that this place is wonderful. I think that its pretty sad that if someone receives a complaint that in revenge you try to make it seem like Phoenix Townhomes is horrible.
Maybe if you followed the rules you could realize how lucky you are to live in a place that is so beautiful. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when I found this place I was on the waiting list for 2 months before they had an opening.....Yeah really must be a horrible place...HA! HA! HA!

THIS MUST BE AMY OR THE OWNER/MANAGER. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE JUST COME HERE BETWEEN 9-5 AND TALK TO THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE AND FIND THE TRUTH YOURSELF. I'D SAY 7 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE WILL SAY THE MANGEMENT IS BAD!

Wow, someone has a vengeance and clearly takes things personally. I agree with this review. This is the best place I have ever lived in. Management is strict but friendly. I appreciate the standards that the management has because it keeps the "rif-raf" out. It is a beautiful, clean, and economical place to live! Definitely the most bang for your buck in Fresno!
