I've read the other reviews and I'm surprised. Other than a maintenance team that doesn't fix things in a timely manner and the parking crunch, this is a great place to live. I have never had any challenges with the office staff. I signed my lease before the walk through and my problems were addressed fairly quickly. Our main issue is the slow maintenance team.
