Where do I begin' Let's just say that I never became a tennant because of the very bad service here. My fiance came from Virginia with very little time to find a place to live before our wedding. We thought that this would be a nice place to begin our lives together but was instead a mistaken choice for quality. The staff here lied to us many times over. The application process took over a week and not 48 hours like they had promised. One time Amy had the nerve to call my fiance during this waiting period and yelled at her because we asked them what was taking so long. Then we found out that they gave up the appartment we gave them a holding deposit for. Joan the manager or owner, whoever she is, finally decided not to let us live there but couldn't give us a reason. We feel they had already made up in their minds not to let us move there like our money wasn't good enough. She had no problem keeping our deposit though. We had to call back to see how to receive it and when asked, Amy just hung up on me. I had to go down there just to ASK for it back and to be told that we wouldn't get our money until the middle of the following week. They took so long to service us that we had to shuffle some of our wedding appointments. I'm still waiting for Joan to call me back on an issue I need resolved. The staff here is so rude. I wouldn't count on their unprofessionalism to satisfy your needs. If everybody is saying the same thing about management and staff being rude then it isn't hard to see truth in it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
