I must have set a record, I tried to reside at Redwood Canyon but due to the ---- roach infestation, it was impossible to move in. Couldn t t bring any food into the apt. don t even think of cooking unless you want unwanted ingredients. Horrible! Even adult & baby roaches nested and lived in the stucco of the ceiling, when spayed they were dropping from the ceiling for days..And still couldn t kill them all. Signed lease and canceled it 14 days later. Believe it or not, they re trying to bill me!! for breaking there 6 mo. lease. Never could utilize the place as a residence. Not only that the place stunk like something was deep in the carpets. Upon inspection both bathroom sinks, tap water ran straight through to the floor. Numerous repairs needed the first day.
All I can say is, what a waste of time and energy and also mentally stressing. Now all I can vision are these DAMN ---- ROCHES.!!

Did this ruin your rental credit history at all? Did you have problems with big brown spiders? Were your carpets stained? Not at first, but after several times of vaccuming?
