Where do I begin. I had wanted to live in these apartments forever and my husband and I finally moved in last year. I was so excited; that was until move in day came. We started to move in and unfortunately had to spring clean as we were moving in. Everything was filthy, from the blinds to the countertops to the carpet. Everything filthy!! So we decided to make the best of it and cleaned it up and continued on. After 3 months of living there I wanted out. There were constantly kids in the parking lot riding their bikes around the cars instead of on the sidewalk or in the grass areas where they belong. The lakes are more like swamps for the ducks to crap in not too mention the duck crap in the pools as well. As a result of us living at the reflections, my husbands car got broken into and keyed as well as had obsenities drawn on it. The kids that lived their would always play around his car and spit on his car when he asked them to move. Evil, evil kids!! We had the worst luck with our carpet. It was filthy the day we moved in and we had to have them clean it after being there 3 months, that helped for about a week. I had to eventually get rugs to cover the whole Living Room. The managment was ok however they never came in to check anything. They never replaced the air filter or checked pipes or hoses or anything. In the year we were there we witnessed 3 floods and almost had one of our own when our toilet started leaking and water was leaking out of our hallway into the downstairs neighbors apartment. 2 months before our lease was up we were awakened in the middle of the night by guys jumping on the hood of the cars in the parking lot yelling obsenities and making threats, they were then arrested later that night right in front of our apartment. We decided we had enough and decided to pack it up and go. We sucked it up and moved out a month early, with having to pay rent at two places it didnt mater. Thank God we did becasue when we came back to clean the apartment there was so much duck crap all over the sidewalks and walkways that we could hardly walk. We learned our lesson hopefully you wont make the same mistake.
