Management here is terrible. The two woman who manage this place, Brittany and Pamela are weasels. They will lie and try to use absurd logic to avoid having to fix anything. And don't ask for multiple things to be fixed on one service request because they'll come in (with dirty shoes) and fix maybe one of the several things needing to be fixed. The appliances are old, cheap, and break VERY easily. The refrigerator door handles for example will break off when simply opening the door. The walls are paper thin and everyone, your neighbors can hear everything from music, to voices, to kids crying. You can't even watch a movie past 10PM or play a video game without having a security guard come knocking on your door. You cannot have your windows or balcony door open because the sound "echos" throughout the place, according to one security guard. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Heck, they give you a gate opener, but guess what' The gate is open almost all the time so there's no point, no security, and people are revving their engines through the parking lot letting all the car alarms go off at night. There are drug busts and several police officers arresting women, men, etc. Kids are walking outside crying, people who live in the neighborhood nearby at constantly walking into the complex to use the swimming pool. Kids are throwing sand into the hot tub and constantly breaking it. There's another Sierra Meadows in Clovis that has a few complaints that are very similar to the Sierra Meadows in Fresno. Just avoid Sierra Meadows at all costs.

Sounds like this person has an axe to grind. I've lived here for two years - right next to the office and pool -- and have been pleased. It sounds to me like the person who left this review is just a difficult person who doesn't work well with others. Here's a basic fact: If you're going to live in an apartment, you are going to have to learn to respect your neighbors because they live in the same building as you. Heck, I'll be I'm on the one who called security on your loud movies. Also, management is nice here...if you are a good tenant.
