been here over 5 yaers! seen this place sold 4 times under new mangment! some how crime always happen here alot.guy get shoot in the leg over drug dael!was on the news,it happen a year ago!break in cars!on the side of the street the city lights dont work and there no walk light working so it hard to see where u walking any body can hide behind the bushes and mug u!check it out at night u will see how the walk light are working!u cant use the water outside of your aprtment because they sealed it!but u still are paying for water!if u have load niegber u can hear them threw your wall.if your nieghber has roach problem cause they brought it from there old apartment and now they are in your walls!!becareful u might have roaches in your walls!! sure it has nice landscape!!poor maintence responed if somthing breaks!they always shuting the water off over the summer time because the landscaper maintence guy runs over the sprinkers with there lawn mower all the time!!! we are under new mangemnet again.you are sign an parking lot.but when u come home from work there always a person does not live here park in your permit parking space!1it happens all the time in the summer time too..there always people that dont live here!!dont get scare if you take out the trash u might find so mant homeless in the trash looking for cans.even in the gated community they can get in!!

I am saddened to hear that you have lived here for five years and are not happy with your living enviornment. I was put on this property in April of 2008 and have worked extremely hard to make this place a nice place to call home for all the residents here. I will be honest it has been hard. I have spent alot of money on the landscaping to insure that all bushes are cut down and trimmed up so that no individual can hide behind them. I cannot work 24 7 to keep out the dumpster divers and with this economy we probally we see more as people are trying to make ends meet. We do offer pest control service once a week for anyone who may need it. If you have a problem we ask that you report it to the office and the following Wednesday it will be taking care of. You have to understand that this is Apartment living and can make it difficult to control pest issues especially when they are not being reported to the office. I would love for you to come in the office and set down with me so that I can hear more of your concerns and together we can work them out so that the next five years you spend with us you are happy here. Also, in April of 2009 this community became a certified community with the Fresno Police Departments Crime Free Multi Housing Program.
