I made the MISTAKE of signing a 1 year lease. Man, What a LIVING HELL!! (It wasn't that way when I first moved in, they changed managers - The 1st was good, the 2nd manager NEVER did her job, and she let in any Tom------or-Harry who would give her money).

In a word, this place is the HOOD (Ghetto). In fact, anything south of Shields is the HOOD. DO Yourself a favor and move to Clovis (They have better EVERYTHING!!)

The WORST of all with this place was the BUGS. They had/have a TERRIBLE roach problem from DAY ONE of when I moved in. In fact, they were the aggressive type of roaches that crawl all over you and come out after dark IN FORCE.

Then there is the people. They are ALL from the ghetto and on Welfare/Section 8. They are rude, crude and stay up ALL night and play their music, argue & fight, crime, etc,. etc.

I am telling you, this whole neighborhood is in HELL and the Ghetto X 2 (You can tell this by the price as well).

Do yourself a FAVOR and DON'T move in this neighborhood or complex (or ANYwhere south of Dakota). Unless you want to deal drugs, listen to guns going off, police copters hovering, bug infested, car vandalism, etc., etc.
