when I lived in these apartments it was okay at first then they switched the manager. After the manager I moved in with had left everything went to hell. The next manager was never in the office. the maintainance never fixed the problems in your apartment on time. I remember I had a leak in my roof and I was upstairs. The problem started in the end of december beginning of january and it didn't get fixed until about the end of march. The other big problem there are the roaches. when i first moved in it wasn't a problem, then a lady from downstairs moved and when she did they bombed her apartment. but they didn't try to bomb the other apartments at the same time so the roaches wouldn't spread. well they ended up in my apartment after that because they didn't bomb my apartment at the same time. so when i moved from there i had to get rid of some of my furniture because i noticed holes at the bottom where roaches started crawling out of to escape. i wasn't about to bring infested furniture to a new place or around my baby i was going to have. The other problem there was my car and apartment was broken into right before the move. My car was a month before I moved and my apartment was a week after the car. If it wasn't a resident that broke into my apartment and car it was a neighborhood gang. some of the residents might have done it though because a lot of them are druggies or drug dealers. so if you move hear get use to the police being there every night and day.
