Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I lived in Terrace View for a year! The apartments are clean, I never felt unsafe, and repairs were made in a timely manner (usually the same day or the next morning!). I would definitely recommend this place, but DO NOT expect to get a decent amount of your security deposit back. They basically will take you for everything you've got.
