Got stuck with a roommate who had boyfriend over for months. Apt. is noisy, and I lived in the less-noisy part of the apartment. Can hear neighbors to the top of you, the side of you, and people walking in the halls. Luckily, I got a quiet roommate next to my side of the room. Not enough quiet study rooms. Party at the pool most of the days when it's warm. Gates closing when people coming in is loud, and you can hear it. My car got keyed, egged, and beer thrown at. People following you in when you pull in to park. Apt. has awesome cable (I don't use because of studying all the time), fast internet which is an asset to classes, tanning room (never used), gym (workout frustrations of noise and school), pool, entertainment room (messy), and a bunch of other entertainment things I didn't use much because of difficult classes and needing to study. Overall, it's not a place for the serious student. Too much party and booze during the weekends and weekdays.
