There have been too many safety concerns for my liking. Just this past week the Fresno Police Department had University Village in a "lockdown" status due to the fact that there was reportedly an armed subject inside the complex near the main office.

After the shooting last May, which apparently management had not been telling people about prior to their signing their leases, some of the residents were told that management would hire security... well, that lasted about 3 months and now we have a 22 year old college student that does security 2 nights a week. NOT sufficient! Especially with the recent events!! :(

Security: That 22 year old Doing security was far better and far stricter than the Rent-a-Cop who would accept a beer in exchange for letting the party, which violated the terms of the lease, continue. He was by far the best choice for security on the premises. As of now, they have hired a private security firm to patrol the grounds all night, and are paying close attention to the quality of the service that they are recieving. Indecent: The other comparable facilities even near the quality have had far more, and more extreme incidents. The only reason University Village's indecent was so public was due to the proximity to the school.
