I have lived here for the past two years and I will say that I was not pleased when I first moved in. Over the past six months or so my attitude has changed drastically. I am completely satisfied with University Village and am happy that I decided to stay here. The staff in the office is over accomodating, also happy to help and is understanding. I have several friends who live at Jefferson Commons and Copper Beach and they hate it there. They love to come over to my house and wish that they too lived here. I have no plans on moving in the future and think that the other comments about University Village are bogus! Probably just upset because they cant pay their rent on time or cant clean when they move out!
