I lived on this property for nearly all four years of my enrollment in CSU Fresno, and i must say that i was absolutely satisfied with the property. The staff were helpful and friendly, the amenities were top notch, and I never felt any risk to my person or property the entire time. What ever has happened at this property was only publicized so extremely due to its proximity to the school. The other complexes near this area have had more and more serious incidents.
Four Bed Four Bath and each resident signs thier own lease obligating them to only paying their rent and no one elses.
