I thought I was the only one who thought the manager here is rude.
She is awful and makes living here unpleasant.
Don't expect any friendliness from management, on the contrary expect them to nitpick every little detail of your apartment (no grills on the patio''' why have a patio at all.)
They will not help you at all with normal human niceties, even things that are completely obvious.
One example: they would not loan me a laundry key while I waited a few hours for 'official' approval to move in, even though my roommate was already signed off to live here and I was already staying as a guest...
I have lived here 6 months and cannot WAIT to move out.
I have stayed at numerous apartment complexes in various states due to my job.
This is by far the worst, mostly because of the asinine management.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
