My car was vandalized twice, and I've been threatened on two occasions for doing absolutely nothing. Car break-ins/thefts are frequent. Lots of drugs and drunk people. It is a gated community, but most of the time the gates are broken. The staff is nice enough, and the grounds are decent. Residents are required to either be on Section 8, or have dependents and be poor. It is convenient to shopping and Freeway 168--nice location, but that's about the only thing positive that can be said about this place. I do not recommend living here unless crime, drugs, and noise appeal to you.
