My husband and I moved here in 2004, when we moved in everything seemed fine, however there was a stabbing in a apartment a few doors away, and a few months after that we were evacuated because the swat team chased a murder suspect to the apartment across the hall.

Managment gave him a 30 evection notice- management changed every few months no one knew what was going on in the complex.

Lighting in the parking lot was scarce except near the front office.

Maintenance used a trash area near my apartment for furniture left by tennets, which wouldn't have been bad except it wasn't pickec up often enough and often times would protrude into the parking area complained serval times they did nothing.

Also our balcony was borded up to be fixed for over a year before construction started.

I DO NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE, in fact I will not rent from Manco Abbott due to my expiernce here!

I have been a Windscape resident for over three years; and, I unequivocally agree with the aforementioned claims. I have experienced three changes in management since I've moved in, with the most recent Manco Abbott team being, by far, the worst management staff of all time.

Besides coping with the trash towers and poorly - lit parking areas, it is quite regular that tenants get "double-billed," and "random/surprise-billed."

Windscape's mold problem, I'd hope, is one of the complex's more important issues. My nextdoor neighbor (who does not suffer from chronic allergies) had an aspartame-type reaction to his apartment mold over a year ago. To avoid being sued, team Manco allowed him to move over into a "fresh" apartment without having to pay any new deposits. It was only a few weeks following that a new family moved into the moldy apartment, completely unaware of the daily damage they were being exposed to.

I will never again rent from Manco Abbott, nor will I suggest that anyone else do so.

I too will never rent from Manco Abbott ever again. I lived at Evergreen Terrace for 8 months. Two months into my lease Manco Abbott bought the place, and it went straight to hell subsequently thereafter. If you care to, you can read the account of my dealings with these slumlords on here if you look up Evergreen Terrace. It's entitled "You don't want to live there."
