At first glance, these look like decently nice apartments. However, upon living there I quickly realized we were completely taken advantage of on price. My car got broken in to within a week of living there and two weeks later are next door neighbors got robbed early on a saturday night. The management are nearly non-existent, not to mention rude, clueless and extremely unhelpful. There are holes in the fence where gang members from pinedale are coming through and robbing cars and apartments and they didn't seem alarmed or apologetic, nor was it ever fixed while I lived there. Several tenants with motorcycles like to race up and down one of the main streets at all hours of the day and night, sometimes for hours on end. We moved out early to escape this hell hole.
