Despite what I thought was a good part of town, there is open drug use and drug dealing here. Police visits for fights and loud parties are common. Pets of any size are allowed, which means inconsiderate pet owners who don't tether their dogs or pick up the poop. There are also a lot of loose cats (one got into my apartment, and I had a difficult time chasing it out). If there are enough complaints, the management will not renew the leases of problem tenants, but it takes months before they move out.

The apartment itself is adequate, but a little over-priced (even for Fresno). I have a ground-floor apartment, and I can hear every foot step of the residents above (fortunately, there are no children running around above me). My apartment does not have laundry hook-ups, so I have to use the coin-operated facilities located on the premises. The machines are older and frequently out-of-order, and there are no change machines available, which is understandable because they would surely be burglarized. Parking is limited, but every apartment gets a reserved covered space, and garages are available at an additional charge. However, my reserved space is located approximately 300' from my apartment, and sometimes other residents park in my reserved space.

If you're looking for a temporary residence, and the leasing office is offering a good deal (as I got), Windscape may be suitable. But I cannot recommend anybody move here for the long term. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
