decent apartment for decent price

I have been living here since 2005 in a 1 bed/1 bath apartment and will be moving in the next month to take a job in a different city.

Full size W/D hook-ups in the 1 bedroom apartment and the option to have a garage (extra $50/month) were what sold me on this place.

Over the years there have been some neighbors that do not have common decency and will be loud late at night, and of course contacting the leasing office/security/police/etc.

takes care of the problem.

The management kicked out one neighbor after repeated noise ordinance violations (fights/loud at night/etc).

I believe this is typical of apartment complex living anywhere you go.

I have noticed that you must stay on top of the leasing office and follow-up with maintenance requests, etc.

more times than not.

However, in the 4 years I have been here, many upgrades have been made without having to beg/plead for them to get done.

All in all I have been satisfied with my experience here, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Also, some people write about their cars being broken into....I have found that if you don't leave anything of value sitting on your seat, your car will be fine! (this is the case with me, as I have 2 cars; one for the garage and the other for the parking lot) and have never had a problem.

Parking in the first-come first-served areas can be difficult past 10pm or so, just FYI.
