I just read the previous negative report in regards to Windscape and was very upset about it.

The current office staff from San Mar management is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The grounds look great, and whenever I see management out around my apartment they always smile and say hello.

Its a nice thing to feel welcome in my community.

I've lived in other communities where I just preferred not to call management at all because they were so unfriendly, so I appreciate the change in staff, and the new changes that they are making.

The community is pretty quiet for having so many units, The grounds are well kept, staff is friendly, they have washer-dryer hook ups, on-site laundry facilities, two pools, and my rent seems quite fair for the package I am getting.

Overall, I would highly recommend my friends and family to live here, and I am sorry to see the bad review previous to mine that appears to be someone with a grudge.

I noticed the new office staff starting this month, and if you read the previous negative reviews they were dated when the previous management company (Manco'') was here.
