AVOID Decent apartments. Good space for the price. Noise level is fine. Parking can be a slight pain but nothing unbearable...
HOWEVER,
Getting your car window broken into, things stolen off your door and having sewage leak from your ceiling until your carpet is flooded (all in one month)

Nice Quiet Complex... Very convenient for traveling as only have 1 stop sign to get to Fwy 99, but it's far enough away that you don't hear the freeway at all.
Nice Pool area.
Grocery story is two blocks away, but that's okay.
Fit's my job perfect as a traveler.

mediocre place Lived there for over two years and it was not the safest place. This place has gone down hill the last year or so. The tenants are ever revolving and they seem to rent to anyone. There was lots of foot traffic by our neighbors and lot of loitering out by parking lot and inside
