Love it! - Great rent rate. Extremely quiet. No groups of noisy teenagers and very few children. All the tenants are full time, working professionals. Large dogs allowed and you never, ever hear barking. Friendly, courteous, very attentive onsite management. Tony works nonstop. Large apartments, all the same garden level floor plans with large backyards. Air conditioning could be better and the ...Full review of Hillcrest Glen Apartments

The Parking Rules and Regulations are very clearly stated in the ...Full review of El Rancho Village

Pretty Good - I never realized how good I had it at this apartment. The staff were friendly, maintenance would work extra hours to get to requested fixes, and it was right next to CSUF. The place was safe, and if there was a robbery (there was one when I was there) they informed the tenants. The staff was exemplary with communicating with the tenants. The downsides are that you some of the ...Full review of Pointe at College Place
