A beautiful community with a lot of emenities, but watch out come lease renewal time. While renewing my lease on my one bedroom, they were going to raise it to nearly $1600 (from $1385 I am paying now). While in the office, a new renter came by and they were priced $1385 for the same 1 BD; I don't know what kind of game this is, but it doesn't make me want to stay loyal to them. Not to mention, lack of parking - you are issued parking permits, but no assigned spaces - they keep talking about towing violators, but I have never once seen a tow truck in the complex. It took me 2.5 days to have a maintenance person finally show up to repair the lock on my front door - only after repeated calls to the immature schoolgirls they like to call our "friendly staff". This place is a killer on your wallet, but convenient. It is probably worth $1250/mo, but not the $1600/mo. For that price, I'm going to live at the beach.
