Decent if you can afford such a small space!

My boyfriend moved in a year ago and I joined him 6 months in.
We are moving out in order to save money. After a year we lost our "move in specials" and the already expensive rent went up.
You do in fact sort of get what you pay for IF you use the amenities. We had good intentions- but just didn't use them enough. We liked the free (monthly rotating) movie rentals and wished we used the workout room, movie theater etc. etc. much more.
The space bothered us. We have a 1 bedroom with NO extra closet space beyond the bedroom. The washer dryer closet doesn't even have a shelf to store detergent. We do have a closet on the TINY balcony but management made us take most of the stuff out of it. I have boxes piled in my livingroom because of it. We do love the kitchen!! Any apt. kitchens would not be big enough for us but this comes close. Street noise is a bit of a problem- not terrible. Some management are a bit immature, some quite sweet. Location is great- especially if you need the Amtrak station or a walk for groceries. OH- you can park on the street if you can't find parking inside the complex but beware- my bf got his car dented (hit and run).
