At first glance, Amerige Pointe seems like a luxury apartment. It has nice amenities, a good location, and appears to be new. However, looks are very deceiving.

First of all, the apartments are very dirty. I chose these apartments because I thought they would be clean, but the vents are incredibly dirty and the whole apartment is covered in dust in less than a week. Gross!! Especially if you have small children like I do.

Secondly, it is very LOUD!! here. You can't sleep unless you put in earplugs. We constantly hear the noise of our neighbors, the street and the stairwell.

Lastly, the staff and maintenance here are awful. They are unresponsive and unprofessional.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and look elsewhere to rent. This place is awful. I'm sure no one here renews their lease and we certainly don't intend to.
