I moved into a 1 bedroom apt. in August 2004 and I will be there until Oct.1st of this year. When I first moved in I was impressed with the amenities and the inside of the apt. However, I cannot wait to move! My biggest problem is that this complex is completely overrun with loud, obnoxious children. The sidewalks around the complex are not for walking, but predominately for packs of kids on scooters and "razors." Forgot enjoying the pool or a relaxing dip in the spa. There are always kids doing bellyflops and cannonballs into the spa. In addition to that children are left unattended to bring pool noodles and other large toys into the spa even though this is supposedly "strictly prohibited." The staff is incompetent and do-less. Have you ever seen Anna Nicole Smith talk on TV? Yeah it's about like that. Unfortunately, "cute" doesn't mean service. Finally, they keep raising the rent for existing tenants to renew... My rent started at about $1400/mo. for my tiny one bedroom, next year, if I was to stay, they're raising to to $1600! Ridiculous! Don't waste your money living in this zoo full of brats.
