I lived here for 1 year and it is a bueatiful place. I don't why those people lived there had such experience but I am pretty happy staying there till I moved to another location for a job.

Staff are not bad. The manager has even volunteered to help me to move a heavy object. It has been quiet in my unit. Though they tried to notify me that I am causing the leaking problem of the downstairs and should be responsible for it if it happens again (which is definitely not my problem; it just happens out of natural wear; also the contractor they hire knows what is the problem but he didn't fix it, so the management has to ask him come again and again this way the contractor makes money.) I didn't really argue as I am leaving soon. But I feel sorry for the management that they have been ripped off by the maintenance contractor.

Overall it is a pleasant place. I missed living there. As I moved to Metro LA, it is much harder to find a peaceful, inexpensive and safe place to live.

The manager wrote this review. You can tell from the broken English. She got off the boat and never learned English because she had her mouth full of cream. "You insubordinate me!!" LOL!!
