I have lived at Amerige Heights since September 2006 and I am relocating downtown Fullerton soon. I am tired of being surrounded by wasteful Korean nationals who dispose of perfectly usable objects in the dumpster on a daily basis. I found a teddy bear the other day that still had a tag on. I feel culturally and linguistically isolated, surrounded by skateboarders who own the property despite the fact that skateboarding is prohibited on the premises, useless housewives decked in European fashion, spitting teenagers, and trash throwers. Around the property are Korean businesses, hanging out at the local Starbucks are more Korean teenagers, smoking and spitting. At times I am the only patron there who speaks English. I need a multicultural environment to thrive and here I am besieged by conspicuous consumption and racial homogeneity.

This is the most accurate description I've seen. There are some Koreans who are just simply horrendous. My family and I were excited cuz we got new neighbors just this month. Nice couple..well they were driven nuts with a kid jumping, screeaming and skating CONSTATNTLY..now they are being forced to move with the excuse "kids will be kids" WTF is a kid doing ina a 1 bedroom upstairs loft anyway? Really sad to see them go..

I agree. I've been living here since they were built, and besides the countertops inside the apartments, this place sucks. It's not kept up. Most of the "kids" around seemingly have no parents or respect. There's never parking. The machines in the gym are always broken. AND it's rediculously expensive. I'm moving out this month because I just can't take it anymore!!!

I had lived Yongsan seoul Korea before I came USA, It was like a small america like Amerige point APT. americans who lived over there rude and made enviroment terrible midnight. US army always made troble, violate traffic sign, spit at street, violent. I don`t think not every americans were bad. Likewise not every Koreans made this property unhappy. Why Americans lived and got together only that restricted town?? I think because they were happy and confortable to exchage infotmation and share thier culture. I think Koreans who live in this property have the same reason who lived `Yongsan` in Korea. I advise you to have open mind, think this is not a nationalty problem but indivisual problem. I also was unhappy to meet those people in this property.

US army, you said it. what do you expect? as for having an open mind, i have lived here 3 years now and the koreans living at amerige pointe are truly horrendous people (i agree with sad2see). they are the ones i am judging, not an entire nation. as for the management, the new manager, gray tumanda, is a porcelain doll of a woman who was a leasing agent when i first moved in and she screwed me over by giving me a start date for my lease that was not the actual available date for the apartment i signed on. as a result, i had to commute from LA to fullerton for 2 weeks, before my apartment became available. that was (not) the beginning of a wonderful relationship, as you can imagine. when i discovered that she had been promoted to manager, i scratched my head in disbelief.
