Hello, I have lived here since November of 2002. If you go to the apts.' website, you will see my apartment pictured, near the sign. I have 2 inch think foam window plug, and wooden cabinets blocking the loud echo and party noise from the neighbors. The place had become a college student party zone. Management does not seem to care much, and they apparently just let anybody move-in. I am leaving this July, 2007 because my roommate has been sleeping in the hallway. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to call the Fullerton police. You only get 1 parking spot, even with a 2BD / 2ba, and parking absolutely sucks...just not enough.

I used to live there to and it was a nightmare. I mean trashy! This place was falling apart. In the three years that I lived there, both of my bathroom floors rotted away and major construction needed to be done. My carpet got spots over and over again, they never changed the carpet pads. The stove / oven stopped working. The blinds and windows never opened properly. There were two disgusting blonde prostitutes livng downstairs in 8. Pot-heads that lived in almost all the apartments. Tweekers were always causing trouble in the ally. Places were getting ransacked. On top of it all, management keeps your $700 security deposit and still charges you even if you'd been there for 3.5 years, painted the walls and cleaned the carpet.

I totally agree with you...I have lived there for two years and the place is soooo cheap, it's ridiculous. Within a year of living there, the place started to fall apart- the plumbing in the bathroom literally stopped working. The rug is disgusting, and the walls are paper thin, plus the paint they use on the walls is very cheap (touch the walls just once and you have a smudge).

HAH! I lived here for a year and a half (the unit itself was rented just shy of 2 years w/my other roomies) and they estimated my damages to be 791.00 (i kept that place imaculate) and my deposit was 700.00 - i delt with roaches and a bathroom that was constantly out of service. they poorly maintain the complex and the manager is rude.
