Closest to CSUF. College kids problems, natural gas problems.

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1993
Recurring natural gas leak problems led to a fire in an adjacent apartment and gave me migranes for which I spent over $400 in medical bills trying to find the cause. 911 called for loud fight with person calling "someone help me." Stolen laundry. While it is extremely convenient - next to 57 freeway and across the street from CSUF -, you also have to put up with the large % of transient renters - college kids who smoke in the stairwells and whose cigarette butts litter the ground. Some problems with roaches. All apartments face courtyard with pool. Noise does carry across the courtyard. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
