Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
Lived in a unit overlooking a quiet street, not freeway. Unit was very clean. Carpet brand new. Maintenance & upkeep good. Minimal pests. Grounds very well kept. On the bad side, unit got too warm on hot days. Air conditioning VERY insufficient. No ventilation system. Just a central heater, and an old A/C unit that could not cool the bedrooms. If you?re going to live here, get a unit on the west side that faces Langsdorf Dr. You will be miserable on the east side facing the freeway.
