Boondocker is a very nice and clean place to live. We thought that it might get a little noisy just because it's close to the college so we came to visit the complex at night (the weekend nights) just to make sure. It's very quiet. The hallways are kept clean. The people that live here seem to respect their home. I wish that I had found this place in my first year of college, but now I will be graduationg next year and will have to leave. I would recommend Boondocker to anyone who wants to live in a quiet clean atmosphere while they are on school. Oh yeah...and the Manager is very nice too!
