Okay, you last 2 commentators have got to be kidding right' Just because they slap an ugly A** color on the building you think the new management is great' I have done some research on the management company Riverstone and the new owners Security Properties, and from what I have found out, is that they buy these apartment buildings, fix them ( or just change them to make it look like they are improving) up and sell. Not that I blame them for that; beacause, after all it is the all mighty dollar we are all after, but, that means the management staff will change right along with it. I don't know how many apts you all have lived in, but I find it rather disturbing that once you are used to the office staff they change. I know that S&S paoperties had that building for 30 years. Not alot of turn over with management. The previous manager at Boondocker was great. I never had a problem with her. whenever I had an issue in my apartment it was taken care of immediately. She had to have done a great job for the previous management company. They remodeled her apartment to exactly what she asked for. Anyway, I hope you all don't think just because there have been a few changes that you are going to like what comes next! Can anyone say HUGE RENT INCREASES! They don't tell you that though. Whoelse do you think is going to pay for all these so called improvements. Just one other thing.....I had signed a year contract with the promise of getting 1/2 off my 10th month; however, the new company has not honored that. I called the old company, they had told me that the new company had been given a list of us who had that offer. i have spoke to a few neighbors and the same thing happened to them. I think this new company is a bunch of sankes and I do not trust them.

Just a f.y.i. S&S did not own the building for 30 years. They havd only owned it for a short time. It was sold to them as a package deal with 6 other complexes by Yoder Shraedder (spelled wrong I think). Y.S. owned it from the beginning (1973) as well as they used to own the apt complex next door.
