I just moved into the boondocker Aparmtents 4 months ago and i will tell you... it sucks here soooo bad. First of all I am 18 years old so it sounds cool to move out at first and pay whatever but i will tell you a $1045 a month rent is not worth it here at all. it might be across from csuf but they treat you like ---- and they dont give a f. It took them a week to fix my broken oven that i barely used once, and they shut off the effin water every monday so they can build new apartment baths for which they will kick me out of here to make the apartment seem nicer so they can kick up the rent and charge new commers more which is not even worth it. Please... if you are looking for an apartment dont live here!!!!!!!!!!!! Its so not worth the rent and they dont give a flying f about the residents. if they really cared they wouldnt kick us out even before out lease is up so they can "fix up" the apartments which are not even nicer than they are now and make more god damn money! F boondockers!!!!!!!!!!! If u are a student looking for a place near campus please look elsewhere.... this is a WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
