upon moving here the old management had everything under control. the rent was reasonable for the location, the tenants weren't too loud and there wasn't too much activity within the complex. NOW that this new "management" company has taken over, the water is off every friday all day, the construction is your alarm clock set at 7 or 8 am (weekends included), and the parade of insects that attack your apartment during the year have turn this place into a dump. they have taken it as their duty to kick all of the tenants out, raise the rent and then offer us a place again at a outrageous rate. the price is ridiculous for a one bedroom apartment and even worse for a two bedroom ONE BATH apartment. you would be better off spending the extra money on a parking pass if your a student than living here with these conditions.
