I lived here for a year with a roommate. I found it convenient due to the price, closeness to college and shops. For a student, this might be a great place. I have never had any security issues even when I walked from college into the premises 10 pm at night alone.Thats because the place falls under the school police patrolling and there are always people on the streets.Guest Parking sometimes was a problem, but it was manageable. After all, thats an issue anywhere right'The hallways were noisy at times on weekends, because the tenants are mainly students. The unit we lived in lacked dishwasher and the bathroom was small. The AC also had a strange positioning so it had to be turned on for a long time for the house to cool down. There were ants in summer too.Try to avoid the third floor as it gets really hot in summer because there are no tree shades.They did deduct our security for carpet cleaning, but that happens almost everywhere nowadays. I liked the pool area and the study/play room. The management let us have a party at the pool area when we requested, and for free.The management was friendly and professional and the maintenance people responded very quickly when we had a kitchen sink situation.Overall I had a good experience for the price we paid.
